The Great Room has a large flat screen TV & DVD player. The oversized dining room table will hold your feasts as well as your board games. In the lower level the Pool Table room with large flat screen will test your table skills. Down the spiral staircase to the lower level are two more large bedrooms, with two more full bathrooms! The POOL TABLE room walks out to your covered porch, where the River scene is ALWAYS breathtaking, whether it’s boats, wildlife, or another GORGEOUS Sunrise or Moonrise! Bud is amazing and really easy to communicate with. He stopped by one day to say what's up and see how we were doing which was awesome. Directly behind the place is a nice mom-and-pop tavern where all the locals go. A bunch of our friends went there and couldn't stop talking about how friendly everyone was. Jun 24, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location Disliked: Listing accuracy #### Nice place, great views We had 10 in our group, which fit well in the home. (not sure you'd fit 26 as listed) Only 1 fridge was an issue, we had lots of coolers around. We were told we could swim from the property, but you cannot safely swim in the river. We had to call the owner once, he responded to issue, but was not very pleasant on the phone. Over all it is a nice place and the views are great. The area between the house and river with the pavilion is public area, not part of the home. ##### Amy V.
