We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Puerto Valdés! The location was perfect—close enough to walk to all of the major landmarks and attractions in Viejo San Juan, yet tucked away just enough that it never felt overcrowded or noisy. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. They were always happy to answer questions and offer recommendations, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was very well maintained. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the overall comfort of the property. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it was the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back the next time we’re in Puerto Rico. We had an amazing stay at this hotel in San Juan! The accommodations were excellent 💙everything was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. The staff made our vacation truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Xiomara, Andrea, Aracelis, Zoe, Gia, and Pedro for their outstanding hospitality. They were always friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The restaurant next to the hotel deserves a perfect 10/10. Every meal was absolutely delicious, and we looked forward to dining there every day. I simply love this place. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, great food, exceptional service, and a relaxing atmosphere. This was the perfect vacation, and I will definitely be coming back!♥️ Feeling grateful ♥️
