This stylish 4-bedroom villa combines modern comfort with Balinese charm, perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples traveling together. Relax in the sparkling private pool, lounge under the sun, or unwind in the elegant, enclosed living room with views of lush tropical gardens. At night, the beautifully lit garden creates the perfect setting for dinner or drinks outdoors.  
  
Our villa manager is always happy to help you during your stay. We propose scooter /car renting, drivers, massage in or outside the villa, babysitting, tours and visits, various activities like: Yoga, Freediving, Surf, Rafting... We are just one phone call away.

HOUSE RULES:   
\- RESPECT OF OTHER GUESTS.   
We are so happy that you are here and ready to enjoy your holiday. We ask you to be respectful of other guests and to keep the noise to a minimum after 22:00 and before 9:00\. -   
  
SMOKING. Smoking is only allowed in the open living spaces and not permitted in the bedrooms and bathroom  
  
\- SAFETYBOX. Please make sure you use the safety boxes that are at your disposal. Ilot Management will not be responsible for any lost items. - TOWELS. Both bathroom and beach towels are provided. Guests are responsible for them if they take them out of the villa and will be charged if they lose them.   
  
\- DAMAGES. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the Villa or any of its furnishings, fittings and equipment therein by any act or omission of the Guest, their invitees, subcontractors or guests. Make sure you register any extra guest on top of your booking allowance to the villa manager this for your own security.   
  
\- THIRD PARTY RENTAL. Guests will take full liability and responsibility for any rental they book with a third party (including but not limited to, Scooter, extra equipment…). -   
  
LIABILITY. The villa and the villa management will not be hold be responsible for any activity undertaken at/or within the villa, and any such activity shall be at the guests own risk and they will not hold the management liable for any possible outcome (whether arising directly or indirectly out of our actions or omissions, including any loss, damage or liability).   
  
\- SWIMMING POOL.The use of the swimming pool is at the complete responsibility of the guest. The villa’s owner, staff and housekeeper can’t be held responsible for any incident occurring in and around the pool. Children must be under surveillance. If needed, we can always install a pool fence at extra charges.

\- Enjoy fresh Japanese lunch with ocean views at Ji.  
\- Explore the rice fields around Joshua District for a scenic escape.

\- Pick your own fresh fish and enjoy it grilled at Echo Beach Club.  
  
THERE IS.A NEW PROJECT 6 METERS FROM THE VILLA, SO SOME NOISE ARE TO BE EXPECTED AND THAT’S WHY THE PRICE IS REALLY LOW AT THE MOMENT
