"Pros: Soggiorno perfetto! Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in questo appartamento. La casa è accogliente, pulita e situata in una zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla, ideale per riposare bene. Il check-in è stato semplicissimo e veloce. Uno dei punti di forza è il parcheggio enorme e comodissimo a due passi, che rende tutto molto pratico. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out. Die Lage des Hauses ist sowohl für einen Besuch in Govone als auch für Ausflüge in die Langhe und Roero perfekt. "The villa was everything we hoped it would be. Four families. Nineteen people. It was perfect for our week long holiday. The close connection to the town of Canelli was so wonderful. We would go to Canelli every day and source all of our produce. We ate out in Canelli quite a few times and that was perfect too. The villa itself was so spacious that we all enjoyed a great time without feeling crowded. The pool area was so incredible, with the pool house amenities, we spent hours there, and all of the young adults in our group enjoyed the space to socialise with each other. And Giorgio! Having a Providore store and wine bar on the property was the icing on the cake! Giorgio’s store had amazing pasta and sauces and pickles and wine and beer, so much beautiful produce we could buy for our meals. And! Giorgio would open up most afternoons for our apéritif at 3.30pm. He made the best spritz’s and his snacks were wonderful! We were all pinching ourselves every day that we were holidaying in such an amazing location. Book this villa, you won’t regret it!"

"I only rated this property a 4 because of the mattress, pillows and shower stall. The property is beautiful, well maintained and has stunning views! Breakfast was good and part of the room stay. A small complimentary bottle of wine is given to guests on day of arrival but there is no complimentary water. The beds were not comfortable. You could feel the wire coil springs when you lay down. The pillows are flat, so if you’re used to a soft pillow there are none. July is a very hot time of year and the room we stayed in was very warm (25 Celsius which is about 77 Degrees in F). There are too many mosquitoes to open windows to let cooler air in the evening. We had personal portable fans which we used to try to keep cool. We only stayed 2 nights so it was somewhat bearable. We did love the area. The hotel sits at the top of the mountain so definitely wear comfortable shoes to walk the hilly cobblestone paths"
