### Frontline Duplex Las Arenitas with pool

The completely redecorated townhouse with air conditioning is located in front of the sea and separated from the apartment building, so the access is direct. On the first floor, it has a large living-dining room and a separate and fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, a master bedroom with a comfortable 1.50m bed, and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony with spectacular views of the Atlantic to enjoy the warm climate of the island all year round while relaxing outdoors. One of the main advantages of this apartment is its spectacular location, on the frontline of the Atlantic and with stunning views of the sea and one of the two swimming pools of the complex.   
  
The residential complex offers two community swimming pools with a solarium, ideal for cooling off and sunbathing, and direct access to the promenade. In addition, a few meters away, there is a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and small supermarkets where you can enjoy the local cuisine and stock up on everything you need during your stay, without the need for a car.   
  
Candelaria is a coastal town located halfway between the international airport in the south and the capital of Tenerife, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the island. Here you will find a wide range of excursions, gastronomic tastings, cultural events, and shops for shopping lovers.   
  
If you are a nature lover, you can enjoy hiking in the nearby and mythical Barranco de Badajoz in Güímar. And if you simply like to stroll, you can walk along the long promenade and discover several small beaches.   
  
Despite experiencing growth in recent years, Candelaria has retained its charm as a coastal town, making it a perfect place for travelers looking to escape from the crowded tourist centers.   
  
It is important to note that events and parties are strictly prohibited in this house, as well as the access of people not included in the reservation. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbors, avoiding making noise after 10:00 pm. It is also informed that groups of young people under 20 years old are not allowed.

#### Frontline Duplex Las Arenitas

Location of this property is very good, being at one end of the Candelaria boardwalk. Beautiful views of sea, pool and boardwalk from this property. Quiet area. Street parking was always available, and there is quick access to main highway. Within easy walking distance are numerous good restaurants, a good supermarket and other facilities. Both the property and the local district felt non-touristy. Property is reasonably well outfitted, and is quiet, clean and airy.
