This gorgeous unit is located on the ground floor, with a security fence and small courtyard at the front. The unit is large, with plenty of room to relax. It is beautifully and comfortably furnished in a mid-century modern theme, including a three-seater leather couch and single chair with ottoman, in addition to two reclining armchairs, which are both extremely comfortable as well!



There are electronic blinds, including privacy and block out options, air-conditioning, coffee machine, full sized fridge, microwave, a space for you to hang your clothes and store your luggage, including a full laundry including washing machine and dryer. However, depending on how long you are staying there is also a conveniently located laundromat only a few doors down, and while you wait for your washing, you can head to the stylish bar, only a few doors away, for a relaxing beverage!



There is a large screen TV, which can be sync`d up with Microsoft devices if you wish to present or teleconference, or simply enjoy a relaxing movie or some tunes.



There is also three large white boards and a desk with monitor if you are working away from home. The 25-metre complex pool, sauna and gym are located upstairs only 30mtrs away and you are only minutes` walk from the restaurant district in Braddon and Civic. The tram stop is located directly opposite the complex, if you wish to head into Chinatown at Dickson, or head further out to Mitchell and Gungahlin.
