Great price and a nicely sized room with a resort or student village style layout, featuring separate rooms spread across a large property. It wasn’t as bad as some of the negative reviews suggested, although cleanliness could definitely be improved. While it’s not centrally located in Canberra, the city is relatively small, and it’s a convenient option if you’re driving. Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, relaxing, and decent place to stay without spending too much.

The 24-hr call notice prior to check-in (mentioned on Expedia booking) confused me, but when I called, they assured me they would be there. Staff was available both on arrival and departure and everything was pleasant. Thank you. 👍

The property has a lovely ambience and offers a comfortable, peaceful, and tranquil stay. However, it needs better maintenance and care. With some improvements to the garden and overall landscaping, it could easily become a charming boutique hotel. I also noticed some possible water quality issues, as there were stains in the toilet, and having a microwave in the room would be a useful addition. Overall, it is a comfortable and relaxing place with great potential to be even better. Thanks

Staff are great.internet could be better and more washing machines and dryers other then one of each as there are alot of rooms in the park. room's a pretty clean the front staff were amazing as we had a situation that was handed by the front staff and management straight away so service was great we enjoyed our stay.

Large and laid out resort- barely heard any other guests. Breakfast was yummy with a coffee machine that makes tasty coffee and hot choccy. All staff we saw- restaurant, cleaners, reception- all helpful and friendly. Close enough to Canberra, we only ever had 20min drive for all sites. Comfy beds and plenty of space for the kids in the family rooms. We will stay here again.

Cheap and cheerful. We didn't use the facilities apart from the room; the restaurants didn't appear open on our stay. Good pub just up the road - book in advance if it's near the weekend, as it gets packed out. Also petrol station next door. Note you are technically in NSW for this hotel. Still an easy 20 minute drive into Canberra town and suited our purposes for locations in the North of the city.

Over all it was quiet and clean , the room was large and bed was comfortable . the staff were helpful there was poor wifi reception no phone line in the room !!!! And a funky smell in the foyer the property overall looked a little tired But it’s was good for 2 night stay - the Eaglehawk hotel for dinner was outstanding ( next door ) a must to go to best pub food The resort needs some love to bring it back to how it used to be
