We will send you the access code 2 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal. \- There are no stairs outside the property. Other things to note \- On-site parking available for 2 cars. \- The Apartment is located on the 11th floor. You will need the FOB to gain access to this level in the lift. The pool, gym and barbeque area are located on the 5th floor. Please use it in accordance with the strata management rules and be respectful of others. The pool/BBQ area is open to use from 6 am to 10 pm daily and the gym is open for 24hr use. Use of glass in any common area in the building is prohibited due to the work, health and safety risks that this presents. There are CCTV cameras present outside the apartment in the Common Property areas of the building. Other details to note \- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. There was a park close by and the apartment has everything needed. No need to take groceries as it’s a 5 min walk to the Westfield for groceries or takeaway/eating out. There’s also convenience stores on the ground level that have pretty much everything you need. We liked the property being new and that it has got quality amenities and appliances, including TV with innumerable number of channels. The views from the eleventh floor are a bonus. All areas in the apartment are big enough and comfortable. The place was clean, especially happy about the carpets and the sofa being clean. Mattresses were comfortable and we had a good sleep. Communication was timely and detailed, we had no problems with accessing the unit. Séjour de 3 nuits en septembre 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Voyageur vérifié 20 sept. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Handy Location Stayed in Canberra for eye surgery, with son and partner, and the spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was good to hang in when I couldn't do anything else. The views from all the rooms is lovely. Fabulous restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, & had all the utensils for cooking if you wish to , Bonus was having 2 underground , secure parking spots.
