Very nice and varied breakfast. Absolutely lovely atmosphere, very helpful personnel. The spa gets quickly overcrowded with little kids, and then it is difficult to maintain the quietness necessary for relaxation. All in all very well located for city trips in and around Canakkale.

Beds were like cement. We requested fold up beds and took the mattress from them which only helped slightly. The restaurant was amazing! Spa staff were fantastic. Hotel staff did their best to accommodate us, but were unable to understand our disappointment with the beds.

This place exceeded our expectation. All the mod cons of a modern luxury hotel for a very reasonable price. This has got to be one of the best value hotels on Expedia. We booked the Gollipoli tour through the hotel and it was amazing, they picked us up at 9am and dropped us back at 5.30pm all incl.usive with a beautiful traditional köfte lunch and plenty of opportunity to buy souveniers. We saw everything from ANZAC Cove to the house that Ataturk stratagiesed his battle plans in. This tour is a must do for any visitor to this region. Staff were friendly and it's a great family environment, we stayed in 2 rooms as a family of 5. The resturant on the rooftop is good value and so is the Starbucks in the lobby. Make sure you pay a little extra when making your booking and take the breakfast option, it's worth it with hot foods, cerials, fruits and fresh daily breads. The photos don't do this place justice so I have included a few here. Thank you team, see you next time. Doğan & Family. PS: The beds were very comfortable, not sure why others have complained about them.

otelde iki gece konakladık ve iki kahvaltımız vardı. ikinci gün bayramın da ikinci gününe denk geliyordu ve kalabalıktan neredeyse oturacak yer bulamadık, kapasitesinin üzerinde misafir yoğunluğu sebebi ile yaşanan bu sıkıntı özellikle de ekstra bedel ödeyerek alınan kahvaltıyı tam bir facia ya çevirmişti. bu durumdan hiç memnun kalmadık. bir de otelin asansörleri ile ilgili genel bir sorun var, her katta mutlaka asansörleri bekleyenler oluyor ve 4 tane asansör olmasına karşılık gitmek istediğini kata ulaşmanız asansör bekleme süresinin çok fazla olmasından ötürü çok zor oluyor. buna da dikkat etmesi gerekiyor yönetimin. havuz oldukça küçük, havuz var diye aldanmayın sadece havuz var demek için konulmuş. konumu, temizliği güzeldi fakat geri kalan sorunlar keyif kaçırıyor.

1 gece için konaklama yaptık.Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar kibar, çözüm odaklı ve işlerini gayet iyi yapan insanlardı.Spadaki görevli için aynı yorumlarda bulunamayacağım bilgi almakta zorlandık diyebilirim. Havlumuzu istemesek alamayacaktık. Odalar gayet temiz ferahtı ancak yan odalarımızda kalan iki ailenin gürültüsünden ne uyuyabildik ne odada vakit geçirebildik. Havuzu bu güzel otele küçük kalmış. Hamamda kullanılmış sabunlar,lifler, çöp poşetleri vardı. Spa bölümünden hiç memnun kalmadık.Kahvaltıda açık büfe seçenekleri gayet iyiydi, malzemeler tazeydi. Otelin yeni olması tercih nedenimizdi. Kahvaltı menüsü zengindi. Akşam yemegini a la carte olarak gusto restaurantında yedik ve çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar her zaman ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Spa ve fitness salonundan da yararlandık, bu hizmetlerden de memnun kaldık.
