Older Inn but they have remodeled rooms, beds were good. Continental breakfast nit so good

Requested a pet friendly room and we were placed in a Handicap room, which was fine, but the room smelled so musty when we arrived. The bed was a king and comfortable; however, there were 2 standard size pillows and 3 smaller square pillows that had seen better days a year ago. The lighting in the room was very dim. The bathroom was clean; however, the mirror over the sink that also served as the lighting was too dim. The shower head could not be adjusted and was like taking a shower in pin heads. The towels were special. Two adults in room, two bath towels, one with a large hole in it, one hand towel and one wash cloth. Guess we were supposed to share those. Upon checkout there was nobody there. A sign saying they were out of the office said call a number. Did that but phone cut out so bad you couldn't hear person on the other end because of static in line. I just told them I was checking out and left on desk. Bottom Line here: if you are going to charge a ridiculous rate of $229 per night, then you need to get some new pillows, shower head, fix the lighting and most certainly buy new towels.
