The Rustic Ave has a great outdoor fire space with a covered porch and plenty of seating. Inside you will find a cozy space with all the necessities including a king bed in the loft and a pull out couch. A cozy living room with 2 couches- one that turns into a Queen pull out bed. There a is king bed located in the loft with a TV in both areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and a small dining room table. Outdoor space has picnic tables, a gas grill, and fire pit.
