You’ll love our place for the light, the coziness, the 9.000+ olive trees, the beautiful views of the sea, the hills and countryside, the mountains, its true peacefulness. Our place is good for couples, artists and writers, bikers and solo adventurers. We speak fluently English, French, Italian. Our house is unique for its peacefulness and wonderful views. You can rest under the olive trees or in a charming private garden overlooking the sea. You will be able to access the garden near the kitchen, the area with the olive trees on the left hand side of the house, the immediate area in front of the house with the white stones floor. Your car can park under the olive trees right by the cottage. For any problem please contact me, Livia Piermattei, 3492864803\. A lady will be available for you on call if needed and to welcome guests Our favorite restaurants are: • Lele at 5 Ragazze in Campofilone: a restaurant where you can eat the best Olive Ascolane, Fried Cream and Maccheroncini Campofilone • Trattoria La Bionda Pedaso: only if you like restaurants of great simplicity. At La Bionda you can try great fried and roasted fish plates and exceptional spaghetti allo scoglio (with seafood) • Trattoria Angelo by the sea in downtown Pedaso: Fried fish and other typical local food • Trattoria Pepe Nero in Cupra Alta: a very good restaurant with a beautiful view. • Trattoria all'Arancio Grottammare Alta: very good restaurant in a wonderful setting • Bar Vanilla Coffee for breakfast or coffee in Pedaso in front of the tennis court. There was a mix up and Livia upgraded us. The other property was so nice a full one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs apartment with a huge patio right in the middle of the olive groves. The purpose of our visit was genealogy in Cupra Marittima and this was just a few minutes' drive down the beach. We cooked dinner in the beautifully appointed kitchen each night and enjoyed the view. The winding drive was easy to navigate and there was clear space to park. Livia and Francesco were kind, communicative hosts. They are from Rome and even recommended some activities and restaurants there for our next several days. Die Umliegenden Orte sind alle einen Ausflug wert und an der Landschaft kann man sich nicht satt sehen. Man benötigt aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto um die Gegend entsprechend erkunden zu können. Die einzige downside ist die Küche, diese ist zwar hübsch aber nicht so gut ausgestattet. Für begeisterte Köche eher nicht geeignet, lieber nett essen gehen. Die Umgebung ist perfekt für Wanderungen und/oder Biketouren. Sehr empfehlenswert hierfür ist der nahe gelegene Parco regionale del Conero oder die in 1.5 h entfernten Parks in den Abruzzen.
