Villa La Calzata is a finely renewed house located on the countryside, just next to the the seaside, in Campofelice and at only 10 minutes drive from Cefalù. The villa is bright and surrounded by a large garden (with grass) and lemon, olive and orange trees. A swimming pool is also available to refresh your days! The house is furnished with original sicilian touch and also decorated with some sicilain ceramics, all these will offer a charming and cosy holiday home.

The house offers all comforts such as air conditioning in the matrimonial bedroom upstairs, one matrimonial bedroom (ground floor), a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room (sofa bed with 2 places) and a bathroom. There is also a Free Wi-Fi access.
If you decide to come in winter there is a stove in the main room to warm up the house.
A large garden will allow you to relax outside and benefit from the perfume of nature; you will surely fall in love with the surrounding lanscape!

Villa La Calzata offers all the comforts for a nice and relaxing holiday for couples or families. It is far enough from the summer crowd but still close enough to enjoy the beach and the sea (less than 5 minutes drive). The closest town is Campofelice, all the amenities such as supermarkets, town center, bakery, bars, ice cream shops are within 5 minutes by car.

The villa is ideal for couples or also families (6 people in total). The owner is very kind and will make you feel at home!
