L’appartamento, sito al primo ed ultimo piano di una Villa Novecentesca recentemente ristrutturata, è immerso nel verde di una pineta, che si affaccia sulla spiaggia di Marina di Campo.Marina di Campo è una delle località più apprezzate dell’Isola d’Elba, grazie alla sua lunga spiaggia di sabbia fine, in parte libera ed in parte attrezzata, e al corso pedonale pieno di bar, ristoranti, locali, negozietti e gelaterie.  
Casa La Spiaggia 1 is a holiday apartment in Marina di Campo, one of the most popular locations on the Island of Elba, thanks to its long beach of fine sand, partly free and partly equipped, and the pedestrian street full of bars, restaurants. , clubs, shops and ice cream parlors.  
It is located on the seafront, a stone's throw from the center and the beach and consists of a living room with sofa, table with chairs and television with provision for satellite antenna, kitchen equipped with washing machine, double bedroom with sea view, second double bedroom, single bedroom with desk. and chairs, bathroom with shower and terrace with sea view, equipped with table and chairs. The property does not have bed, bath and kitchen linen.  
Private parking space. Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms.  
This house has a total of 6 beds and is optimal for up to 5 adults and 1 child under 12 years old.  
The price you pay does not include bed linen or towels, if you wish we can rent them
