« The first room (9th floor) we had was a nightmare : the toilets was super noisy (water noise every 10 minutes) and we simply didnt sleep that first night, we had to insist to the reception to change the room electrical cable was hanging in the bathroom (super dangerous !) and shower cabin seal was defective as well. In the new room (15th floor) it was a bit better but not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The hotel need to be refreshed clearly, it looks like an 90s hotel (decoration outdated) ...

« The receptionist was also very polite. A toothbrush and two bottles of water were provided. There was also a water server and a simple convenience store in front of the front desk. There was a universal plug on the headboard. There were some minor issues, such as a lack of electrical outlets, but considering the price, it was perfect, or even better.
