Cet hôtel est OK si c'est pour s'arrêter une nuit pour continuer ensuite sa route comme nous l'avons fait. Aussi, aucun alcool servi dans les restos car c'est une ville sèche.. »

« There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation »

« Terrible!! Towels had stains and a footprint on one (a literal footprint) when asking about the towels having stains and a “FOOTPRINT” …. The response we got was sometime they have spots!!!! That was just the tip of the iceberg!!!! »

« The front desk person checking me in was not at all helpful. Barely looked up. Not busy, only me. Might have been having a bad day, but certainly showed it in her attitude. Just gave me the room key and told me where the elevators were. That was the extent of our contact. Did not explain a annthing else regarding the hotel or amenities. »

« Addie at the front desk was amazing!! We were early and my brothers room was ready and we were not anywhere close together but she worked and got us a joining room and I was also able to check in early. She was just so sweet and had a positive energy about her. She just made my day! When we checked out the guy at the front desk was also so nice. I didn’t get his name. Just a great group of people. The lady at the breakfast bar was also very nice. Loved by stay there!!😊 »
