"The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. However, my first room the deadbolt lock on the inside did not work and the cable television did not work. They moved us to a different room were the lock did work and the cable was working. However, we saw that someone had checked into our old room (Rm. #226) the next day and I'm not sure they would have fixed the lock bey then.
When we checked in the lady who checked us in stated that the they did not have wifi. Another front desk worker named Kaitlyn told us they did have wifi. However, the wifi was not reliable and was very slow, so maybe that is why the first staff member said there was no wifi.
Both rooms smelled like cigarette smoke that was being masked by air freshener. The walls in our room were unkept and dirty, as well as the carpets that had multiple stains, so I did not feel comfortable walking on them my bare feet. Also, when we got into the bath tub to take a shower the bottom of the bathtub creaked alot and felt flimsy as if we would fall through at any second (Rm #224).
I was not impressed by the vending machines that had the sign on them to "use as your own risk."
Other than these things that facilities provided us with a good nights rest for the nights we were there and the staff was the best part of the stay. The outside and inside lobby was well kept as well."
