« The Good: well maintained condo with everything you need to take advantage of the beach or pool. Great for cooking, lots of extras, and everything worked as expected. The Ugly: occurred when we were expected to leave on Sunday. The elevator broke down. We are elderly, and an elevator was one of the reasons we paid so much for this property. It was compounded by tge fact that this property won’t let you check out after 9am without paying a fee (that is just plain greedy and wrong, and you...

« The condo was indeed an oceanfront oasis perfect for a getaway for my husband and our little dog. The views were magnificent and it was so relaxing hearing the ocean crash in the beach. Everything was comfortable and cozy. Aly was an attentive and gracious host. She checked in on us via the VRBO app and gave us dining and sightseeing suggestions which we did. « Everything about our stay was excellent! The unit was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The view from the deck was stunning and I enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning with my cup of coffee. Beach access was very convenient and there were even some beach chairs/items available to use.There were plenty of kitchen items provided to cook a simple meal and enough amenities in general to last the week. « We had a great week! We rate the overall experience Excellent as far as communication, check-in and location (can't beat steps away from the beach with an ocean view!). When we walked in, it was noticeable that the cleaning crew rushed through, leaving some sand on the floor and crumbs on the table and counters. Nothing we couldn't wipe up quickly. Like I said, overall, we had a great time and the property was perfect for our family stay. »

« Came here with our 2 young kids. The property was great and very close to the beach with great views! Only bummer was the rainy weather one day but the place was comfortable enough to make it enjoyable. Well appointed kitchen with enough supplies to get us started. « Gene our host was very welcoming and kept us informed. Check in and out was easy. The condo was as described. Cooked Thanksgiving dinner and could have used some measuring cups. Other than that everything was great.The oceanfront view was amazing!! The water was only steps away. Would definitely be open to coming back again. »

« Upon arrival at 1:00 AM on check-in day, we were greeted with two dead cockroaches and an alive spider in the kitchen floor. As we continued into the condo, we found NO sheets for the beds and also no towels. Instead we slept on beach towels that we brought along with us from home. There was also less than 10 squares of toilet paper left on one roll and none on the other. I laid in bed that night placing a Walmart order for delivery first thing in the morning to guarantee we had sheets and...
