What truly set this hotel apart was the staff, who went above and beyond in every way. A special thank you to Victor, who graciously accompanied us to the beach late at night to make sure we felt safe. That level of care is something we’ll never forget. This wasn’t just a beautiful hotel it was an experience. We left feeling completely at peace, refreshed, and already looking forward to coming back. Just finished a stay Casa Joseph. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We had a one bedroom suite. The room was terrific with lots of space and a nice bathroom. The A/C worked great. The grounds of the hotel were well taken care of and I can’t thank the staff enough for the wonderful hospitality. They were attentive and took care of any issues immediately. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Puerto Escondido.
