Romantic paradise!
This place is a total gem! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and quick, the food was made daily and absolutely delicious, the view is breathtaking, the attention to detail supersedes the fanciest hotels in Vegas and Hong Kong. The owners were on-site and we had a very pleasant chat during breakfast. I am selfishly slightly hesitant to share how good this place is because I will go back and I want an available chalet but I can't keep it to myself. The property is a 15 minute drive from the city which makes it perfectly tucked away yet close enough to the "action" if that's what you're looking for. I can't say enough good things about this property!

Otimo hotel, chalé aconchegante com lareira e hidro, otimo cafe da manhã e local muito calmo e tranquilo. Equipe sempre atenciosa com os hóspedes. Afastada da cidade, tem que se locomover ate a cidade para almoço e jantar.

Terrible customer experience and not very clean!
The place is absolutely beautiful but the service was terrible, I checked in around 23:35 after 3 hours driving from another state. I called room service requesting an extra pillow at 00:38 about one hour after my check in, the front desk staff said. “You really want a pillow at this time” I said yes please, and he said “I take requests only until 23h I can’t help you”. After that I was very disappointed with the service so far but it got worst. I try to fill the bathtub to try to relax a bit, unfortunately I found a pubic hair on it obviously they didn’t clean properly after the last guest. If you decide to stay at this place make sure to DO NOT request anything and watch out to the amenities the may not be very clean.

Great experience! Romantic getaway.
Great little hotel, with many independent cabins. Very cozy, with great breakfast. No AC but as the region is quite cold, there was no need even in the summer.

Um refúgio lindo e aconchegante
Adoramos a Pousada, muito bonita e organizada. Os chalés são bem espaçosos e limpos, iguais as imagens, o chuveiro é ótimo! O café da manhã é super bem servido, diversificado, tudo muito gostoso, cada dia com coisas diferentes. A equipe é super simpática, educada e atenciosa. Usamos a piscina aquecida e a sauna sem nenhuma dificuldade. O que senti falta: um tapete de banheiro a mais para facilitar o uso da banheira já que ela é fora do banheiro; roupão de banho para uso, considerando que no local faz bastante frio; um pano de chão para limpar melhor os pés antes de entrar - como é um lugar de campo e tem terra no entorno; um jogo de prato, talher e guardanapo, tivemos que nos virar para comer pizza um dia que não quisermos sair e pedimos no chalé - poderíamos ter solicitado à recepção que com certeza forneceriam, mas quando pensamos nisso a pizza já tinha chegado, enfim, seria uma comodidade já ter disponível.
