    Small country house, in a beautiful quiet location with panoramic views. The house is surrounded by olive groves, fruit trees and vineyards. The sunny location reduces the stay, and the covered terrace with garden furniture invites you to sit outside in comfort. A Schwimmbwcken (4m x 2m x 1 m) is available from 01.05 to 31.10 to guests, see photo. The large green area is accessible via a private path and equipped with an electric barrier. Parking at the house. Heating and barbecue available.
    Facilities: The house is well furnished, with comfortable furniture. Particularly beautiful are the typical wooden beams on the ceiling and the terracotta floors.

Rusticales Landhaus auf dem Olivenhain.

Wenn man das Haus erst mal gefunden hat, ist es herrlich in idyllischer Ruhe und Lage. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dank Übersetzer App konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Unser Hund hat auch gleich einen Kumpel gefunden um zu toben auf dem riesigen Grundstück und Olivenhain. Wir würden jeden Zeit wieder kommen.

Super Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist alles sehr einfach eingerichtet, was aber innen nicht stört. Ansonsten hat man alles was man braucht. Am besten war es auch für unsere Hunde. Durch den Garten und das umliegende Gelände hatten diese viel Platz. Der kleine Pool hat für unsere Tochter und auch für uns zum abkühlen und spielen gereicht. Die Unterkunft war auch sauber (auch der Pool). Das Bad ist wirklich eng aber ausreichend. Es ist eben ein nettes Haus im Weinberg. Würde es auch weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Schwächen

Zunächst vorneweg: wir waren mit 2 Kindern (10/7) und Hund dort und haben insgesamt einen superschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Dorf Nocchi ist sehr ruhig und nett, landschaftlich ist es sehr schön eingebettet. Das Haus selbst ist auch sehr urig und in einer ganz kleinen privaten Landwirtschaft gelegen. Man ist überwiegend für sich, auf dem grossen Hanggelände ist der kleine Bereich vor dem Haus exklusiv für die Urlaubsgäste. Ein paar Punkte möchten wir aber noch herausstellen. Sauberkeit: Im Bad liegen dutzende winzige tote Tiere oder Krümel von der Decke auf dem Spiegelschrank, dem Waschbecken und darunter. Auf diesen Punkt angesprochen, wurde der Besitzer leider fuchsteufelswild. Ausserdem gab es keine Möglichkeit, den zwangsläufig komplett nass-seifigen Badboden nach dem Duschen mit einem Abzieher zu trocknen, die Nachfrage wurde ignoriert. Da das Bad eigtl nur aus der Dusche besteht, wurde jeder anschliessende Toilettengang etwas unangenehm. Zur Genauigkeit des Online-Inserats: Es ist schon alles wirklich nett dort, aber ein paar Punkte sind deutlich beschönigt: alle Bilder sind durch Nachbearbeitung aufgehellt, das Häuschen ist in Wirklichkeit ziemlich dunkel. Das Plantschbecken (nicht 4x3m, sondern 2x3m) steht anders als auf den Bildern dargestellt direkt am Haus. Für uns war das von Vorteil, da wir dadurch die Kinder immer in der Nähe hatten. Der ganze Bereich hinter dem Haus ist aber nicht exklusiv für die Urlaubsgäste, sondern es laufen immer mal Leute dort herum, die irgendwie mit dem grossen Anwesen und dem dortigen Wein- und Gemüseanbau zu tun haben. Die Treppe ins OG ist extrem eng, einen grossen Koffer bekommt man dort nicht hinauf. Der Besitzer spricht ausschliesslich italienisch, das hat die Kommunikation etwas erschwert. Grundsätzlich wirkte er sympathisch und bemüht, wir hatten aber das Gefühl, dass ihm fliessend italienisch sprechende Gäste lieber gewesen wären.
