Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast amazing. Well cleaned rooms with air conditioning in good working order. Got upgraded by owner as we were on third floor of next door building but required first floor due to health issues and this was sorted. Thank you all for a lovely holiday.

The space was comfortable and check in was easy, parking was right behind the hotel. Antonio went out of his way to accommodate us and make us feel welcomed. Overall a great experience for a beautiful island at a reasonable price.

It’s confusing that the key was in the room for the arrive. All in all it’s a cheap room for our stay at Mallorca. The cleaning service was very friendly.

It was the preseason and only the rooms at HRGil were to be used. Kettle and fridge in the room, which was great. The mattress was soft and for my back not suitable. 2 days there were no orher guests on the lamdong, but when all rooms are fullyvbooked, the nousr increases. The wall seems to be made of a paper lining, you can hear your neighbor snore, turn in the bed, warch TV etc. At 1-2 am guys return from drinking beer and so its noisy, one wakes up from sleeping. There are no rules or curtesy to be quiet towards other sleeping guests. This will stop me from returning. Unfortunately.

Really good apartments more like a 3* hotel staff were brilliant so clean 10/10 stay only problem is the showers aren’t all the way round and can flood if the shower is pointed too far in front but the bathroom is aesthetically pleasing and great pressure lovely room would recommend

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Good things: Air con v efficient. Bed not saggy or nasty springs Kettle, fridge, hot shower, balcony midday-early eve sun. Bar in main hotel: good, not too pricey. Staff EXTREMELY helpful & friendly. REALLY near high street & beach (5 min walk) General cleanliness OK, bathroom cleaned every day. Mediocre things: Room decor, paint falling off ceiling, massive scuffs & scrapes on walls/ floors. No lift for people w heavy bags. Minimal lighting in room (1 above bed, 1 in bathroom) Minimal sockets: 1 above bed (so my English plug converter light kept me awake at night as it was right above my head) & a double one for kettle & fridge, but kettle didn't fit there so had to prop it up on the bathroom sink & use hairdryer socket Pool. Specifically wanted pool I could exercise in. The pools are NOT swimming size. Huge disappointment. Cleanliness fine but not immaculate, so if you're bothered by grubby bits of floor, and high shelf above the clothing rail not having been dusted for months (my laptop case & books were layered in dust) then it's not a luxury away-from-home pamper place. For me, good for solo travel. Area felt safe, staff lovely, room functional & v close to food/bars. On my special holiday I'd normally expect a way higher level of decor, & even functional stuff in a room. Luxury it was not, & the pools pretty pointless. But priced OK-ish, fulfilled a basic level of somewhere to stay, & was staffed by the loveliest people. I'd go again, with lower expectations.
