Saona Villas presents this pleasant air-conditioned holiday villa with private swimming pool located in Calpe (COSTA BLANCA) for 8 people. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread over 2 floors.  
  
Enjoy this villa a stone's throw from all services: just 600 meters from the center of Calpe and supermarkets and 1 km from the beach.  
  
On the ground floor: Living / Dining room (with TV (Spanish channels) and air conditioning). Independent and equipped kitchen (with Fridge - Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds and air conditioning). 1 bathroom.  
  
1st floor (with access via an internal staircase): 1 double bedroom (with 1 double bed, air conditioning and adjoining shower room). 1 double bedroom (with 1 double bed and air conditioning). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds and air conditioning). 1 shower room.  
  
Equipment: Free WiFi Internet connection. Washing machine. Hair dryer. Iron. Air conditioning: in the living room and in the 4 bedrooms.  
  
Outside: Private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters (with a depth of 1.10 m to 1.70 m). Outdoor shower. Terrace with garden furniture. Barbecue built. Parking for 3 cars on the plot.  
  
Approximate distances: The villa is located in a privileged area called "Gargasindi" given its proximity to the beaches at 1 km and the center of Calpe and the supermarket are only 600 m away.
