  • Quiet location in the urbanization Maryvilla, which was built on the Monte Toix mountain with a clear panoramic view of the sea and the Penon de Ifach.
    It is 3 km to the town of Calpe, 4 km to the sandy beach with a beach promenade, and a small bay with a sandy beach can be reached in 1.5 km. A tennis court can be rented in the urbanization.

    2 terraces (1x covered and 1x roof terrace), 2 bedrooms, living room with satellite TV, kitchen (extractor hood and dishwasher and granite worktops). A washing machine is available in the bathroom. Free WiFi available.
