Spacious 2-bedroom apartment on the 13th floor of a two-stair building with 2 elevators on each stair. It has two terraces, one on each side of the building, with lateral views of the sea, views of the Salinas de Calpe and the majestic Peñón de Ifach.  
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a terrace with views of the Peñón de Ifach and the sea. The living-dining room has a comfortable sofa, a dining table with chairs, and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances including a dishwasher. The second full apartment bathroom also has a bathtub.  
It has air conditioning, wifi and satellite TV in Spanish and English.  
  
The apartment is located on La Fossa beach, which is ideal for families with children or couples, quiet area, sandy beach. It is ideal for spending family vacations. It has all the services within reach: restaurants, supermarkets, shops, the Port of Calp, bus stops, Multi-adventure Center, etc.

What makes the neighborhood special is the proximity of the two magnificent beaches of Calp, both La Fossa and El Arenal Bol, as well as access to different sandy or stone coves. Finding yourself at the foot of the Peñón de Ifach is one of the most remarkable aspects.  
  
Located in Calpe, a town of marine origin, with an ideal temperature for sun and beach tourism, a variety of beaches and coves for diving or snorkeling and enjoying the marine variety of the Costa Blanca.  
For lovers of hiking and routes, both on foot and by bicycle, Calpe is a cycling paradise. Routes through Mount Oltá or the ecological walk to Benissa are a spectacle, boat trips or a route to the top of the Rock, are just some of the many diversions that Calpe offers for all tastes.
