Les commodes sentent mauvais et la plupart des tiroirs ne s’ouvrent pas. Les armoires ne sont équipées que de penderies avec peu de cintres. un fauteuil est cassé mais non signalé. Le proprio se sert de cette maison comme débarras il y a des objets partout. Dans les salles de bain les armoires sentent le renfermé. Le joint de la baignoire est rouillé, et lorsque nous l’avons signalé ils sont venus le peindre. (?!) Le grille pain ne grille pas il brûle, le lave vaisselle ne lave pas. Il y a beaucoup trop de vaisselle inutile qui encombre les placards et empêche de ranger la nourriture. Dehors les trois tables pliantes ne donnent pas envie et ne sont pas pratiques à déplacer. Nous avons dû acheter une nappe. Les transats sont sales. Le barbecue est inutilisable car il est sous une cannisse : idéal pour mettre le feu ! Le jardin est en friche avec des trucs qui traînent un peu partout. La piscine pas très propre de base, verdit au fil des jours car l’aspiration ne fonctionne pas. Interhome est au courant mais ne fait rien. Et la route (en terre) est ravinée ce qui rend périlleux l’accès à la maison. Le quartier est en travaux donc on entend les engins de chantier de 7h à 19h. Il s agit d une belle maison qui est malheureusement mal entretenu avec un fauteuil cassé, une lampe cassé, des assiettes cassés, volets cassés, des baignoires rouillés et j en passe... La piscine étais sale a notre arrivée, le filtre ne fonctionnait pas ce qui fais que la piscine devenais de plus en plus dégueulasse au fil des jours, nous avons du attendre 48 h afin qu un employé de l agence vienne la nettoyer. Pas de matériel pour nettoyer soi même la piscine. Personne ne nous a précisé que tout le quartier est en chantier, il faut accéder à la maison par des chemins pleins de cailloux, des cailloux sont rentrés entre nos freins et ont endommagé notre voiture. L accès au parking de la maison est très difficile et nécessite beaucoup de manœuvre sans parler des trous qui abîment les voitures. Il y avait énormément de bruit toute la journée a cause des travaux, ces bruits étant insupportables. Pas de liquide vaisselle, pas de pastille pour le lave vaisselle, pas de produit pour nettoyer les toilettes, pas de lessive, pas de sel. Le lave vaisselle lave la vaisselle de façon médiocre et laisse des traces de nourriture systématiquement. Globalement cette maison a un bon potentiel mais le séjour est gâché par le mauvais entretien. Cependant, l agence interhome nous as très bien accueilli (plusieurs cadeaux d 'arrivée) toutes leurs explications concernant le déroulé du séjour étaient très clair. ##### Yasmine M. No sé si pretenden darle un aire vintage con muebles antiguos, pero eso no va con colchón de hace 20 años o con camas viejas (con aire más lúgubre que vintage). Incluso los típicos sillones de Ikea necesitan cambio de funda. Cocina bien equipada, pero irregular cantidad de vasos. Urge también cambio de paellas. En el comedor convendría retirar los trastos del propietario, aunque al menos están agrupados. Ubicación un poco alejada, pero es más fresco que en primera línea. Lo mejor la piscina. Man hat eigentlich alles was man braucht. Die Anlage drumherum könnte etwas mehr gepflegt werden. Das Wannenbadezimmer könnte ein wenig Renovierung gebrauchen. (Duschvorhang / Silikondichtungen erneuern) Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist nicht so toll gelungen. Das letzte Stück Straße bedarf ebenfalls mal einer kleinen Renovierung damit man sich nicht sein Fzg. kaputt fährt. Mais..... Conforme à notre attente. Mais l'accès est difficile, l'entrée devrait être aménagée pour faire en sorte qu'on ait pas de soucis pour garer son véhicule. La climatisation serait également un gros plus, d'autant que par cette canicule on a trouvé qu'un seul tout petit ventilateur. Il faudrait également pourvoir ce logement d'une épuisette pour la piscine afin de pouvoir enlever les feuilles tombées dans l'eau. Des choses à changer dans la maison .Literie fatiguée , vaisselle à renouveler , douche sans pression et eau chaude longue à arriver , piscine à rénover ... La maison est bien agencée avec notamment une grande chambre parentale et ses sanitaires, une belle pièce à vivre .Maison très bien située pour découvrir les merveilleuses criques Calonge est une petite ville sympa avec son château médiéval . Le chemin d'accès par contre est juste catastrophique car la voirie du lotissement est soit inexistante comme devant la maison , soit très abîmée ...Surtout ne pas se tromper de côté pour arriver car on se retrouve sur un chemin qui monte et plein de trous ,juste impraticable . Mention spéciale pour le professionnalisme d'Interhome qui intervient très vite en cas de problèmes et avec beaucoup de gentillesse ( des toilettes avec une chasse d'eau qui ne se remplissait pas ...) Endroit non sécurisé pour les enfants en bas âge avec un talus non protégé proche de la piscine . Pas possible non plus de rentrer la voiture, ni de fermer le portail donc pas de chiens ! Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances et garderons un bon souvenir ##### richard
