Escape to a terrific 3-bedroom villa located in a small quiet and peaceful urbanisation of 12 villas just outside the village of Calonge and less than 4kms from one of the gorgeous beaches of the Costa Brava. This fantastic property sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, featuring 1 king bed in the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and 2 twin bedded bedrooms, perfect for a family or small group of friends. With amenities like free WiFi, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, and a washing machine, guests can relax and enjoy their stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Several golf courses and walking trails are close by and the local Spanish markets are easily accessed. Supermarkets and a variety of restaurants are within easy reach. There is a stylish open plan living/dining room with a sitting area, a streaming TV system (all language programs), and a DVD/CD player. There is also a good sized dining table and French doors leading out to the terrace, garden and private swimming pool. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and a full range of kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are located in the garage. The 3 spacious bedrooms are on the first floor, each with air-conditioning and plenty of built in wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. The second bathroom has a bath/shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. A third bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet is located on the ground floor. A baby cot is available on request. All floors are tiled. The covered terrace is great for enjoying meals outside whilst being shaded from the midday sun. The private swimming pool is a decent size 8m x 3m, and the shallow end is perfect for children. The pool is almost 2m at the deep end. Pool inflatables are available to add to the fun of the pool. Plenty of garden furniture, sun-beds and a gas BBQ are provided for your enjoyment. There is also a rotary washing line in the garden. All linen and towels, including pool towels are provided. Just returned from a lovely 10 day stay (June 25). 4 Adults plus one for a part stay.The communication with owner was prompt and helpful and the checkin process with Sam was seamless.We asked for an earlier check in as we were driving overnight from UK, as no-one had been in before us this was happily accommodated.The house is set in a quiet residential street, off steet parking, we never had a problem getting a space.Large garage - we brought bikes with us.The garden was fabulous - large patio and a wonderful pool. It was 30 degrees so was used a lot. Pool towel were provided.The house is well laid out with 3 bedrooms upstairs (one ensuite) Good sizes, plenty of storage and aircon.Downstairs is a lounge/diner another bathroom and the kitchen. We didn't really use the inside seating/table as the weather so so good we ate outside on small covered patio.The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. We cooked in on 5 days. Our only real gripe was the oven, it took forever to heat up and then didn't cook evenly. A car is needed as nothing is really walkable but the nearest beach is only a 5/6 mins drive away. Masses of supermarkets to choose from, again a short drive away.Girona is only 40 mins away and Barcelona was about 1hr 40mins to drive too.A lovely place to stay that we would recommend.Top tip- bring lots of bug spray - we forgot and got bitten lots. ##### Tracey R.
