California Living Museum Tours and Activities

Thank you

At check in the agent kept calling me " dear" first of all I'm not a nor extremely elderly, so I found it very unprofessional and condescending. Second, I can understand taking s credit card number for incidental, but I see no reason to put a $50 charge on my account, which will be refunded 3-5 days after checkout. Third, our room was supposed to come with a microwave, which it did not. After a long drive, late check in, getting all our stuff into room- we really didn't feel like bringing that up also ,to probably bring told we would have yo move our stuff. Also, the alarm clock wasn't set to proper time and then the put a $7 bottle of water in room. The amenities were so minimal just a sliver of soap at sink and a miniscule bottle of lotion. I would have expected a bit more from the Marriott chain which claims that "starbucks" is the coffee of the chain and what was in yhe room was a miniscule coffee maker with some off brand coffee and 3 crumpled tea bags. Their rate was higher than surrounding hotels, and I gather its because its Marriott - however this was not a value.

The staff were excellent very helpful, breakfast was great.
