Ideal for those looking for a medium-term stay in a sunny, quiet and safe area in the west of Madeira Island. This three-bedroom property has three bedrooms with wardrobes, two with double beds and one with twin beds. It also has three bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bath and a guest bathroom, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a laundry room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, TV with cable channels, a dining area and access to the balcony, with an area for leisure and socialising, as there are three comfortable sofas and a barbecue. This accommodation has large areas, a modern style and offers all the comfort/practicality needed for a pleasant medium-term stay. The flat has WI-FI in all areas, is located in a building with a car park and can accommodate up to 6 people. Property with water, electricity and internet costs included in the price. AREA This property is located in the Calheta area of Madeira Island, just a few minutes from MUDAS - Madeira Museum of Contemporary Art.
