The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the house has a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The house boasts a well-appointed bedroom with a queen bed, another with two single beds, and a third with a cozy double bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property's highlight is the terrace with a peaceful garden, where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors, a pool to cool off on hot summer days, and a BBQ, perfect for hosting family cookouts.

The property also offers the added convenience of private parking, ensuring you have a secure space for your vehicle during your stay.

Arco da Calheta is a parish located on the southwest coast of Madeira. It is known for its picturesque landscapes, charming villages, and serene atmosphere. The parish is named after a natural stone arch (Arco) that once stood in the area but collapsed in the 19th century.

Arco da Calheta's main attractions are its beautiful coastline, characterized by rugged cliffs, golden sandy beaches, and crystal-clear waters. The Praia da Calheta is the largest sandy beach in Madeira and offers excellent swimming and sunbathing opportunities. Additionally, the marina provides facilities for various water sports and activities, such as sailing, windsurfing, and diving.

Inland, Arco da Calheta is dotted with lush green hillsides and terraced vineyards, where locals cultivate grapes for Madeira wine production. Visitors can explore the countryside on hiking trails that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

The parish also has traditional Madeiran houses with red-tiled roofs, quaint chapels, and historic sites such as the Church of São Brás. The local community is known for its hospitality, and visitors can sample authentic Madeiran cuisine at local restaurants serving fresh seafood and regional specialties.

The property is easily accessible by taxi and car.

Madeira Cristiano Ronaldo Airport is a 49-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
