The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, and another with two single beds, also with a private bathroom with a shower. There is also a guest WC. The living area includes a comfortable lounge and an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped to prepare and enjoy meals in a cozy setting. The balcony, facing the road, offers a pleasant sea view — ideal for unwinding outdoors. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. OTHER OBSERVATIONS \- We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. \- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). \- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. \- All bed linen and towels are provided.
