The white house is situated in a secluded setting among maritime pines and fig trees, with a large garden and outdoor patio to fully enjoy the long summer days away from the chaos of the city, yet just a few hundred meters from the cliffs. The main beaches are a 10-minute drive or bike ride away. The road leading to the house is a narrow dirt road about 1 km long that winds through a valley, traveled only by bicycles and a few passing cars. It is located in Calasetta, which is the nearest town, about a 15-minute drive away. There you’ll find shops, bars, and a lively social scene featuring parties and festivals!
Guest access:
During the summer and spring, the house enjoys the
light and warmth of the sun. There’s a large, shaded patio of about 95 square meters with garden tables and chairs. The fully fenced-in garden features some playground equipment for children, swings, and hammocks to enjoy the cool air and peace of nature; there’s also a small area with artificial turf and a soccer goal for your children’s play activities.
Other things to keep in mind:
There are children’s games inside the house, including cards, Monopoly, checkers, chess, bocce, etc.
The house accommodates 5 people, but by using the sofa bed in the
Sala, it can sleep up to 7 guests.
At check-in, guests must provide identification, and the tourist tax—which goes entirely to the municipality—must be paid (1 euro per day for the first 5 days for adults and children over 14 years of age)
