"Tha amount of money we paid on the presidential suite wasn't worth it. The air conditioner was very finicky. It was either too hot or too cold and was very loud. No welcome drink or any welcome stuff for a presidential suite. Nothing spectacular except the view from the terrace. The staff in the dining room and reception/check in were not very welcoming."

"We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the lake — what a treat for us! Our room was comfortable and freshened up daily. Breakfast, local transportation and dining options were terrific. Highly recommend- especially for the location! Tips - Use the funicular to/from the train station. Be careful in the shower — awkward size."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very charming, with a beautiful view of the Lake. It is exceptionally clean, and the front desk and bar staff are lovely. They had a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning with lots of selection."

"This hotel is right on Lake Como with a pool on the lake! The views of Mountains & ferries traveling in the central lake area is stunning. The hotel provides an excellent variety of cold breakfast choices the front desk was very helpful. The attached restaurant is a separate business which had a delicious looking menu but there were many other choices in the beautiful plaza in town which seemed less expensive. This hotel is a great memory!!"
