Owners were easy to contact and left all instructions for us. They were able to accommodate a last minute travel change and allowed us to extend our stay. Would highly recommend and would book again here.

Beach and Golf Getaway

Convenient location overlooking the golf course, minutes to beautiful Sunset Beach, and steps away from the pool. The condo was very clean with comfortable accommodations. We had an issue that was out of the property manager's control but was promptly addressed and resolved.

Condo was very clean, with a well stocked kitchen from mugs, glasses, cutlery, and pots/pans. Beds very comfortable. Excellent details for door lock, pool, wifi and clean up!

Clean and friendly for a quick stay

My father unexpectedly passed and his service was in Little River, SC. As my parents home was full w/family coming in to visit - we found comfort, and some quiet, at the condo. The location was perfect for what we needed. View of golf course was spot on - and peaceful. Place was clean. Owner very responsive. Thank you!

Property is well kept. Very clean like home.

This property is amazing. Quiet place for rest and relaxation. Close to everything you need. We will definitely be returning for another stay. Hoping it is available every time we want to vacation which is normally three times year for no less than seven days. If you are looking for a home away from home this is it. Thanksgiving stay for visiting family

The condo is great. Super area with view of 1st hole of the golf course. The leather recliner couches are great after a long day playing with granddaughter. The condo is equiped eith everything you need. We were able to use the kitchen to make side dishes for our family gathering. We would definitly stay again. The hosts are great with communication.

Calabash get away

We had a great time in Calabash. The condo was very clean. Beautiful view of the golf course. It was so relaxing sitting on the deck watching the golfers. The pool was very clean and close by. Mark and Julie were a pleasure to work with. At the last minute we decided to extend our stay and they were so accommodating. I will definitely be coming back to stay soon.

Lovely resort amenities ( pool, golf, tennis) in a well cared for gated community.

Condo interior reflected owners’care and pride. A very welcoming and spacious 2 bedroom unit- perfect for family of four. Communicating with owners was exceptional. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Additionally reached out during rental week to be sure everything was to our liking. Look forward to renting from Julie and Mark again.

After Christmas Get-a-way

It was a wonderful time. The condo was immaculate and the furniture looked brand new and it was very comfortable. The host answered my texts and/or email within minutes. There is so much to do within a few minutes drive. I will definitely be back and I will be looking to stay at this condo again. If I could give the rating more than five stars, I definitely would! Happy new year to all and a happy and healthy 2024!

Lived up to the high reviews!!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Julie could not have been more cordial. Checked on us every few days, but her calls were unnecessary as everything was GREAT!! I was comforting to know that she was only an email away! The place was clean, spacious and convenient to shopping, beach and GOLF COURSES!!! Tried to schedule another trip to this place but it was already booked!! I'm sure we'll be back!!!

Very enjoyable!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Our little “home away from home” was very comfortable, well-stocked, clean and quiet! The pool was wonderful, as well! There were plenty of lounge chairs for everyone!

Séjour confortable près du numéro 1 du parcours de golf Dogwood

Propriété confortable bien située, accès facile à la piscine. Lave vaisselle très bruyant. Faire partir le lave vaisselle pendant nos absences était la solution au bruit. Des bacs de recyclage seraient appréciés sur le site de Brunswick Plantation. L'endroit est très sécuritaire avec gardien à l'entrée du site.

SUNSHINE ON A CLOUDY DAY

We chose to stay here versus a hotel when a family member became very sick. This condo atmosphere was the bright spot to help us relax after long days at the hospital. Julie was a wonderful communicator! The condo is as described and we certainly would visit again! Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

Great stay in Calabash

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location is perfect. We were steps to the pool, clubhouse, driving range, and putting green. The beach is just a short drive. The unit itself was very nice and very clean. We loved the outdoor patio overlooking the course. The owners were very responsive and checked in to make sure all was well. We hope to go back soon!

Wonderful!

Great condo located in a beautifully maintained gated community right on the golf course! We loved sitting on the porch watching the golfers while eating meals. Located less than 20 minutes from beaches and even closer to great shops and restaurants! Owner was very responsive to all messages! To note: one bedroom has its own kitchenette with table and bathroom so the unit could be used for two families if needed! Also unit is located on the 3rd floor with only stair access, but wasn’t an issue at all. Highly recommend!
