Welcome to Brunswick Resort a gated golf resort and family vacation destination, voted one of the top 50 golf courses in the U.S. This beautiful second floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, large family room with a built in fireplace and two sliding doors leading to a private balcony with water views overlooking the amazing Byrd-Johnston designed golf course. The main bedroom offers brand new queen and double size bed, flat screen TV, a private bathroom, closet, and views of the water and golf course. The second bedroom has a brand new queen and double size bed, flat screen TV, kitchenette, and en-suite bathroom. There is also a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. Other area amenities include 4 different beaches close by one being Sunset Beach which was ranked as one of the top ten beaches in NC and a short 9 mile drive away, Brunswick is located a short distance to downtown Calabash which has long been considered the Seafood Capital of the world, and offers many fine restaurants, shops, entertainment, Brunswick is quick drive to Little River, North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. Spacious and comfortable

A light bright and very spacious condo. Well equipped and maintained, very clean throughout, very comfortable beds. On a nice quiet and safe golf community, we enjoyed watching geese wandering around the fairway! Only disappointment was we didn't know beforehand that the pool was unavailable to guests until June, don't know why that's the case, as we were there in April we couldn't use it. The listing should be updated to make it clear when the pool is open.
