Nous regrettons que le logement a été sale dès notre arrivée que le chauffe-eau faisait un bruit extraordinairement fort, nous empêchant de dormir, ainsi que la climatisation qui faisait que de se couper de se rallumer pendant la nuit, une chaleur étouffante, une pollution étouffante, les plats de la carte de l’espèce de Restaurant ne ressemblait absolument pas à ce qu’on avait dans l’assiette et le bruit, le bruit le bruit de la rue car il n’y a pas de double vitrage. Maintenant le personnel, même si il ne parlait pas français a réussi quand même à être agréable et à nous trouver des solutions lors de plusieurs problèmes. We had an excellent stay at Pyramid Yard Hotel! The location is amazing, right in front of the pyramids – waking up to such a view is truly unforgettable🤩. We were two travelers and we were especially touched by the kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff❤️‍🔥.The activities offered were very well organized and reasonably priced, which allowed us to make the most of our trip. A special thank you to Omar, the receptionist, who was helpful, always smiling, and very accommodating. Thanks to him and the whole team, we felt genuinely welcomed🙏. However, the staff was AWFUL. Without going into extensive detail, I strongly caution future guests about booking pickups, drop-offs, or sightseeing through Omar. We were relentlessly harassed by Omar and other staff members to the point that a friend who lives in Egypt advised us to call the police. Although we did not involve law enforcement, the situation became so frustrating that we forfeited the money we had paid and chose not to stay for the second night of our reservation. Desde a chegada. Quarto bem organizado, restaurante com otimas opções de refeições para almoço/jantar e o cafe da manhã estava bem completo. A piscina tem vista para as pirâmides, o que deixa mais lindo. O único ponto negativo, mas que nao interferiu em nada, foi o ralo do banheiro entupir enquanto toma banho. Mas de resto foi tudo ótimo. Terrible, terrible terrible experience worst I’ve ever had, and I have travelled so many countries around the world, and this was by far the worst. The owner and the staff will go out of their way to threaten and intimidate you to make you give them a good review. Do not be fooled. Do not book any excursions with them as they will get you trapped in and you will have to literally claw your way out of life to get out of the villages worst experience, worst accommodations. Worst trip we have ever had, which is sad because I really wanted to love this country and they made it their motive to make sure that I will never ever ever come back to Egypt again Cannot wait to get home! I will say that the young fellow who makes the coffee and the juice is probably the best but outside of that you will likely end up with food poisoning and will not enjoy your stay so if you do go here only stay one to two nights for the view And outside of that get out while you can. this is coming from two experience Canadian travellers do not book with them. Any excursions. This hotel was an absolute false advertisement from the pictures that it had on Expedia. The area was absolutely awful and dirty, and it smelled so bad. The room had no window and it was like a dorm room… The soliciting around the hotel is absolutely crazy. The hotel is satisfactory, offering a pleasant view of the pyramid, and the room was tidy. The food is acceptable, although the complimentary breakfast leaves much to be desired; however, it is 'FREE'. The staff are friendly and extremely accommodating throughout our entire stay. Special thanks to the team that made our visit to Egypt remarkably effortless. Omar Reta, the hotel manager, assisted us in booking a four-day tour and went above and beyond to help us with a special request to return items I purchased from one of the stores. He even came to the hotel on his day off. Mohammed Hamad, our driver, was exceptionally pleasant and always responded with a smile, never saying 'No'. Memo, our excellent tour guide at the Great Pyramid, shared his extensive knowledge about the pyramid with us. He is a very intelligent guide, as far as I can tell. Hasam, our tour guide in Alexandria, demonstrated a deep understanding of the location and the history of the great Alexander. Overall, my wife and I were extremely pleased that we made the trip to Egypt and had the opportunity to meet these remarkable individuals. I am grateful for everything! The view of the giza pyramids from the hotel rooftop was the only thing I enjoyed. Don't be fooled by the photos. Really not worth the stay. This is about a one star or no stars hotel. Outdated rooms. The shower in my room would not drain and was very filthy. The bathroom towels are old and as stiff as cardboard and rough as sandpaper. Two small water bottles are complimentary after that l had to purchase water at about one dollar US. The laundry service is overpriced, a small load will cost about 14 US dollars. The swimming pool towels are not replaced with fresh towels. Staff members simply collect the used pool towels and place them back on the towel stand. Complimentary breakfast is about the worst food I've ever had. I was not happy I made the choice to stay here. This is a very honest review. Pay the money and stay at a 5 star hotel.
