Great hospitality! Immediately on arrival we were greeted to help bring up the suitcases. We were only there for 1 night because we had an early flight out. They accommodated us by making breakfast to go boxes for us since we were going to miss breakfast. We got the windowless room and it was perfect! Minimal noise. We stayed here once last year and the rooms with windows are quite noisy.
The staff of the hotel were so friendly and helpful, and helped us to book a tour and gave advice on things to see. We loved staying right downtown and being able to walk easily, shop and go to restaurants.

This hotel is amazing. It is right in the middle of the Cairo city, close to all the interesting spots. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. The hotel also has a kitchen we can use to cook our own home dishes which is great after a couple weeks away from home.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms is good. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the Egyptian museum is in an area with many shops, restaurants, cafè
The staff were super friendly and approachable! We had problems with one of our private tours they we pre-booked online and the staff here were super helpful in contacting them and getting it sorted! They also had a great list of tours- we actually joined one of them and loved it! The room are pretty standard but highly recommend due to the location and the staff!
