"This property offers a very quiet cozy farmlike feel. The property has a beautiful creek you can sit at as the deck gives you a wonderful quiet feel that you and your family can enjoy. It has a rustic feel inside as you can sit in the living room watching tv or play a game as you prepare dinner. Everything is labeled and any item that you may need is available. A lovely stay that my family will be looking to book again."

"We loved the cabin, great spaces, loved the hot tub and back porch with speakers and party lights. Pool table and darts down stairs was great, ac's were cold! Huge tv's!! We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the location. "

"Property is a nice size, walking distance from anything you need. Food market, liquor store, steak house andbother restaurants and the river is beautiful. Had a small snag with the water heater but the property manager wasbon top of it and had it fixed as fast as she could. Stayed for 3 weeks, wish we could have stayed longer!City of cortez is only a few minutes drive for anything else that you could need including reasonable priced flights to Denver and Colorado Springs."

"View from inside the cabin was amazing. We had a few hiccups, we were unaware there was absolutely no cell service at the cabin so we couldn’t get into the cabin. However the owner has a ring camera and we were able to get right in. So just be more prepared than us and have the check in process screen shot. Once in and on their Wi-Fi you’ll be good to go! They gave great recommendations for things to do and were quick to answer any questions."

"Oh my goodness, what a GEM! We are a couple traveling from AZ to ID and then back home, so CO was an overnight stay to rest until we could get back on the road. All we needed was to eat and sleep and it was a pleasure to do both in this adorable bungalow. The owners are beyond wonderful, they reached out when it was needed and it was appreciated. The space was clean, and cute! And as the cook, the kitchen had all that I needed. The futon served its purpose - we ate our dinner on it while we watched an old John Wayne movie - it was PERFECT way to end a long day. All in all I highly recommend the space, there's nothing like standing at the kitchen sink seeing happy cows & horses living their best life. "
