El Algarrobo is located in a quiet residential area of Cafayate, surrounded by vineyards, hills, and rural paths. It’s only a few minutes from the town center, yet far enough to enjoy peace and starlit nights. From the garden, you can admire the red mountains typical of the valley. The neighborhood is safe, and the neighbors are friendly. It’s an ideal base for exploring the Wine Route, visiting wineries, or hiking along the river and surrounding trails. What makes this place special El Algarrobo blends rustic charm with natural simplicity: open spaces, plenty of light, and a relaxed energy. Its large algarrobo tree offers shade and freshness during the day. It’s a place to slow down and reconnect with the essence of the valley. What will make guests feel comfortable The house is fully equipped for a pleasant stay: complete kitchen, bed linen, hot water, and good ventilation. The atmosphere is homey and relaxed. The host lives nearby and is always available to help with anything you need. The warmth of the space—and of those who live there—will make you feel truly welcome. Guests have full access to all areas of El Algarrobo. There are no restrictions within the property. Please note that a friendly dog lives on the premises—she’s affectionate and loves company. If you’re not comfortable with animals, this might not be the best place for you. We all enjoy good wine, and Cafayate is the perfect place for it! However, we ask guests to keep a respectful and calm atmosphere. During certain festive or “wine-heavy” dates, we may request a refundable security deposit, which is returned at the end of the stay.
