LAYOUT AND EQUIPMENT OF LA CASINA DEL ARROYO: Simple and charming, La Casina del Arroyo is a semi-detached house for 2-4 people in the rural village of Poo de Cabrales, fully renovated in 2010, distributing its 75m2 over three floors as follows: On the ground floor, there is a small entrance hall with a foldable dining table and fireplace, a living room with TV, and a cupboard with a fridge and microwave with grill. Next, the basic kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, complete kitchenware, crockery, and toaster. Under the stairs, you will find a top-loading washing machine and cleaning supplies. On the first floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower tray, bidet, WC, and next to it, a large double bedroom with mountain views, a dresser, TV, and an open built-in wardrobe. On the next floor, there is an attic room with two single beds, an open wardrobe, and a table, ideal for children and young people.
