The highlight of our space is the large private patio stretching from the living room to the master bedroom and just 75 meters (245 feet) from the sea. The property offers 2 pools, and one is a fabulous oceanfront pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, plus a gym on-site, so you don’t have to break your daily routine. Our condo is modern, with splashes of colorful Mexican decor and artwork. The open-plan layout provides lots of natural light. When you aren’t out enjoying the sights or lounging at the pool, hang out in the sitting room, which has comfy sofa seating and a Smart TV with satellite service. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home—plus extras like a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and even a dishwasher for quick clean-ups! To keep your vacation wardrobe fresh, there’s a small laundry area just off of the kitchen with a washer and dryer. For snacks or a coffee, pull up a seat at the breakfast bar and enjoy sit-down meals at the beautiful indoor dining table. If you enjoy barbecuing and eating outside, you’ll have your private patio in front of the sand where you can have meals with a view.
