Sun, sand, and salty sea air await at this fantastic condo in the Pedregal area of Cabo San Lucas! This 3-bedroom, 3-bath property boasts sleek decor, luxurious amenities, and accommodations inside the security gates of the famous \`Hollywood of Mexico.\` The  
  
location is top-notch, only a 20-minute walk or short Uber from the lively Marina scene and the private Pedregal beach, yet far enough away to escape the atmosphere when you\`ve had your fill. It\`s sure to be the ultimate beach retreat!  
  
Get off the clock and into a pair of flip-flops the moment you arrive at this condo. Wall-to-wall windows offer unparalleled views of the city below and the blue waters of Medano Beach - a true portrait of Cabo paradise!  
  
Open the sliding-glass wall to find a 560-square-foot deck, where you can sit back and breathe that fresh ocean air. There is plenty of seating for everyone. Additional amenities include a gas bbq, fire pit, mini fridge and sink. If you\`re looking for more sunshine, head down to indulge in community amenities, including 2 Cascadas infinity pools, 2 hot tubs, and lounge chairs and umbrellas.  
  
When sun-kissed skin starts to crisp, make your way back inside for a relaxing afternoon.  
  
While modern decor creates a luxurious ambiance, amenities like high-speed fiber-optic wireless internet and Smart TVs and air conditioning in all rooms allow you to feel right at home.  
  
The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a top-of-the-line gas stove.  
  
Linger out on the balcony late into the evening, until you\`re ready to call it a day. Rinse off in one of the rainfall walk-in showers before diving under the covers of a cozy king-sized bed.  
  
Guests have access to the entire community free of charge. There are 3 elevators needed to get to get from the parking garage to this private relaxed sanctuary high up on the hill. The condominium comes with 2 private parking spaces.  
  
One of our hosts will greet you upon your arrival to the condominium. They can help with any questions you may have or recommendations for diner, activities or what not. We are here to help you with any questions you may have after you check-in as well.

 guests may stay in the condo overnight  
  
\- Please be advised, there is construction in the area and is going to   
  
 continue through strictly controlled work times within the master

\- The loud music floating in from Cabo until 3:30 has always been   
  
 part of the Cabo San Lucas scene

\- The community has strict rules and imposes fines upon the owner
