Enjoy Your Vacation In This Charming Condominium!  
This beautiful condo, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, can sleep 6 guests, a King bed in the master, a Queen and a Twin in the second bedroom and a roll away bed. There are 2 full bathrooms with hair dryers. The kitchen is equipped to satisfy all your cooking needs. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms ensures you comfort throughout the condo during the warm summer nights. Dine inside or BBQ on the spacious Patio while watching the beautiful view of the courtyard and pool or maybe you would like eat poolside at Marina Sol's 'Tres Amigas Cantina' Restaurant and Bar, they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices. For relaxation, you can watch TV on the large Flat Screen TV, there are Flat Screen TV,s in both bedrooms. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (60 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.  
  
In the Lobby you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and a 'General Store', also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Located between the ‘C’ and ‘D’ buildings is a 3-machine coin-op self-service laundry.  
  
A two-minute walk and you are on the golden sands of the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk.  
  
Marina Sol has five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers and palm trees, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.  
  
For you drivers, there is off road parking at Marina Sol.
