One room fit our whole family in it since it had bunk beds and a queen size bed! The air conditioners in each room worked very well and kept the house cool while we were there. There is a small view of the ocean from the balcony that we got to enjoy each morning while drinking our coffee and is amazing for sunsets. The small wading pool was fun for our younger children and the walk to the beach and food was one of the best parts of the location of the house. The only issues we had during our four day stay was the water pressure going out the first day and the back up generator not having any gas to work when the power went out on our last day. One of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Their attention to detail and level of care is evident in every detail. The decor is beautiful and the extra amenities make the stay even more enjoyable. From aloe for sunburns and spray deodorant to board games and a nice stereo system, we were impressed every time we entered a room or opened a cabinet! It truly feels like they have thought of everything. The pool was wonderful, we loved the patio, the bedrooms were perfect, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the area is fun and safe, and walking distance to the beach. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would absolutely recommend to friends. My family and I stayed at this property from April 4th to April 12th and had a wonderful time! We were a group of eight people, seven adults and one child, but the house felt huge, with plenty of space for everyone. It was great that there was central air conditioning throughout the house. Almost every day, my 6-year-old enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The best part was how close we were to the beach, just a block away. During the week, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but on weekends it was lively. We enjoyed eating at Annies Place, which is just feet from the beach/water and a 5-minute walk from the property. Thank you for hosting us. We didn't do any real cooking at the property, but kitchen looked nicely appointed. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable. We did experience a power failure during our stay and the new generator did not start up automatically. The host was quickly responsive to texts and helped us start it up.
