"No toilet paper when we checked in. Tub would not drain, air conditioner barely worked. A lot of employees standing around doing nothing. Carts in hall all day so couldn't get through. Left big trash bags full of trash in hall all day. So many maids with carts using elevator so guest can't. Said ..."
