Firstly, the location of the property is excellent - so close to the bus station and the centre of town yet in a lovely quiet and secure community. All attendants and staff were helpful and very welcoming. The house itself has everything you need for a great vacation - fully equipped kitchen, all bedrooms cosy and comfortable and three shower rooms!!! Also great TV, with plenty of English speaking options to watch for those of us who don't speak much Portuguese! Não cheguei a conhecer pessoalmente o Sr. João, mas os funcionários do condomínio estão acostumados e bem treinados com isso e nós receberam muito bem. A casa estava limpa e o Sr. João esteve disponível em todos os momentos por telefone e WhatsApp. A sala é bem arejada com televisão a cabo.
