It is partly furnished in a modern country house style, partly in a rustic hacienda style, so that you will feel comfortable and relax in a bright and stylish atmosphere. The modern bathroom has been completely redesigned. In the spacious hall you will find a nicely styled chest of drawers with a mirror and a spacious built-in cupboard, which also serves as a wardrobe if you want to get rid of your "Friesennerz" after an interesting mudflat hike. The first door on the right leads you into the completely newly furnished 15 m² bright bedroom in a modern country style. Thanks to the adjustable slatted frames, you can make yourself comfortable in the 180 cm x 200 cm double bed after a long day at the beach. Your souvenirs will find enough space in the generously sized cupboard, even for a longer stay. In the completely redesigned, modern bathroom, it is easy to refresh and relax after an eventful day. The 21 m² large, light-flooded living room will delight you with the handmade real wood furniture in a rustic hacienda style. The table with the turned legs offers enough space for 4 people, be it to play together or to enjoy a meal with a glass of wine. The cozy sofa with a large ottoman, which can be converted into a large sleeping area for 2 more people in just a few simple steps, offers relaxation after a hard day's holiday or a short while watching TV. The new 4K device with a size of 108 cm offers analog cable connection as well as Internet television, as a fast WLAN connection is available free of charge. Own Amazon sticks or similar can be used with pleasure. Even fast games are possible smoothly. If you get an appetite for a snack or a complete meal in between, you will find all the other necessary utensils in the separate kitchen, from the dishwasher to the fridge and stove with ceramic hob and oven. From the living room you step directly into the sheltered south terrace in the garden. Ideal for sunbathing or to start the day with a fresh breakfast, before strolling through the alleys of the center with its numerous restaurants, cafes and fish bars in 7-10 minutes or the diversity of the World Heritage Wadden Sea or the newly created pearl bay with its lagoon for Want to explore big and small. We hope that we have designed the apartment for our guests so that you can enjoy the most valuable time and relax right from the start. Einzig der Abfluss im Waschbecken ist etwas verstopft. Und was kritikwürdig wäre ist der Zugang zum Fernsehen. Für zwei Personen aber allerbestens ausgestattet und geräumig. Ziemlich zentral gelegen, benötigt man nur ca 3 minuten zum Deich oder dem Hafen mit den zahlreichen Restaurants. ##### David J. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten sind es zum Zentrum sowie zum Strand. Die geräumgen und sauberen Zimmer eignen sich sehr gut auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Es fehlte an nichts, selbst der Autostellplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung. Also: sehr empfehlenswert. ##### Andreas J. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Sofa und Bett sehr bequem; es fehlt an Nichts. Die Küche ist komplett mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die man sich nur wünschen kann. Auch Geschirrtücher, Wischlappen, Spülmittel, Kaffeefilter können getrost zu Hause bleiben. Im Bad fanden wir Seife und einen Vorleger für die Dusche. Wäscheständer, Leiter, Sonnenschirm, bequeme Gartenmöbel mit Polstern sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen; man ist zu Fuß aber sehr schnell im Ort oder am Meer. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war sehr, sehr nett und unproblematisch. Sie waren auch im Vorfeld jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Auf Grund dessen, dass wir so kurzfristig gebucht haben, hat alles super geklappt und wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zur Lagune und zum Hafen. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Lebensmittelladen und ein Bäcker sind ebenfalls nur wenige Meter entfernt. ##### Andrea P.
