This includes high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and energy-efficient, sustainable construction with a ventilation system, underfloor heating, and an air-source heat pump.

The luxurious bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer.

As throughout the entire apartment, the thoughtful decor is immediately apparent.

A highlight of the bathroom is your private sauna.

While it's intuitive to use, instructions are, of course, provided.

The spacious terrace, surrounded by beautiful grounds, invites you to relax.

Shared washing machines (for a fee) are available in the utility room.

At the rear of the property, you can use the bicycle storage room.

You can also charge your e-bike there.

Your car can be parked in your designated parking space on the property.

The on-site bicycle rental service, "Mike's Bikes," awaits you at discounted rates at Strandstraße 17.

There you can rent high-quality bicycles, including e-bikes.

Children's travel cots and high chairs are available upon request and subject to availability.
