Relax on the front deck of "MalaMilla" – our luxury Villa 28 at The Cape Villas, soaking in the naturally beautiful setting while sipping a local wine from one of the many exceptional Margaret River wineries nearby - or cooking up your local catch of the day on the BBQ.

"MalaMilla" is a sensational two-bedroom villa - welcoming & sun bathed with uninterrupted views of unspoilt local bush, & an easy one kilometre stroll through treed pathways to the heart of Dunsborough with it's fabulous shopping, great restaurants and the beach.

"MalaMilla”'is in easy reach of just about everything the Southwest has to offer -Yallingup Beach & the surf, Meelup, Eagle Bay & the calm waters of Geographe Bay, Busselton & Margaret River wineries.This short stay Dunsborough villa includes -2 good sized ensuite bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living area & veranda.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family, including :

•an espresso machine
•dishwasher
•modern stainless steel appliances
•a fridge, microwave, oven & hotplate
•plenty of crockery & cookware – so entertaining is easy.

The dining table will seat 6 guests & boasts leather dining chairs for ultimate comfort. There are plenty of storage cupboards for all your supplies.

The open plan living/dining area boasts plenty of space to move. The two lounge suites & an arm chair are super comfortable. After you have enjoyed all that the area has to offer, and eaten a delicious dinner there’s a large flat panel TV & DVD in the lounge room for you to relax & enjoy a movie.

Both bedrooms are spacious & each have their own superbly appointed en suites with basin, toilet & shower. There is a King sized bed in the main bedroom & 2 singles in the Second.

Both bedrooms have wall mounted TV’s & built in wardrobes. Reverse cycle air conditioning services all rooms in the villa.

This is a nice villa seriously let down by a lack of professional cleaning. We did not expect this given the reviews we had read. Essentially the villa was only superficially clean. We arrived to find the previous guests’ washing up still in the dishwasher with no indication it had been washed. Previous guests had written ‘clean this’ in the dust and smears on different glass and mirrored surfaces. The floors felt sticky underfoot. The glass coffee table was covered in smears and the TV area was very dusty. The location is good and the little front garden is very pretty with numbers is visiting birds. But our stay was spoilt overall by a lack of attention to cleanliness.

This was my second stay at this lovely villa and won't be my last. Love the location as it is not right in the heart of town (quiet location) but in easy walking distance. Love the fact there are two bathrooms. Richard, the host, always replies promptly to messages and is more than willing to help out if needed. The home was clean, with plenty of amenities such as crockery, glassware, and even a washing machine and dryer, should you need it. (We didn't! ) Many thanks Richard for sharing your home with us.

Good amenties & location! Short walk into Dunsborough and equiped with everything you need including body wash & hand soap in both bathrooms, even a high chair for little ones. With a decent clean id have given it 5 stars for our stay. Just the floors felt sticky / noticably dirty. & the walls and place need a through dusting wiping. Aside from this the beds were super comfy, lovely shower pressure and kitchen was clean. Easy check in & out!Would definitely stay againThank you

This villa was wonderful! Great layout of rooms. So convenient. Everything was great. Location just outside Dunsborough was perfect. Very quiet. Lovely bushland all around. Lots of other villas but layout was such that there was no noise or overlooking. We'd all go to this villa again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home away from home. Despite being conveniently location and just a short stroll to town, the property is tucked in bushland and is very peaceful and quiet. Convenient to amenities and perfect position to visit the wineries. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to explore the area to the extent we would have liked. A return visit in less inclement weather might be necessary!
