Lakeberry is a 3-bed lakefront home in the Pocono Mountains with unobstructed lake and mountain views. The lake is directly in your backyard, and the home delivers immediate access to nature, space, and privacy. Relax on the deck, listen to the water, or unwind in the year-round private hot tub. We also welcome your furry family members to our home, up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs.  
  
Guests have free access to community amenities: lake, beach, heated indoor pool (select days), seasonal heated outdoor pool, kiddie pool, whirlpool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and a snack bar. The community center and pools are about 1.5 miles away. All year INDOOR community heated pool: Tue, Wed, Thurs, Sat & Sun: 12-4 pm.  
  
The location is close to major outdoor activities. Bushkill Falls is 5 minutes away. Shawnee Mountain is about 15 minutes, and Camelback is about 35–40 minutes, giving you reliable skiing, snowboarding, and winter recreation. Hiking, mountain biking, fishing, swimming, and lakefront activities are all part of the stay.  
  
For 2026 World Cup visitors, the home sits roughly 90 minutes from both MetLife Stadium and 2.5 hrs Lincoln Financial Field. You can experience match days in New York or Philadelphia, then return to a quiet lakefront setting instead of fighting city congestion. Ideal for groups, press and corporate travelers attending World Cup events in New York City and Philadelphia. Our stay at Lakeberry was exceptional. The home was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Communication with Jose and Jennifer exceeded expectations — they are attentive and gracious hosts. The surrounding area is stunning, with deer frequently in the area and passing through the property. We especially enjoyed the relaxing hot tub and cozy fireplace. With Bushkill Falls only five minutes away, this location is ideal for both relaxation and exploration. The beautiful Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area is also right in the area. We highly recommend it.

We had a great time! Loved the close proximity to the lake and of course the hot tub was a huge hit. If I were to state a negative I would be the overall square footage is less then anticipated. The TV viewing area really only accommodates 5 people comfortably. The pictures on line were very deceiving.

#### Wonderful wooded get away 

We enjoyed our long weekend at this home. Despite inclement weather the first day we still had a great time. the kids enjoyed the game console and we absolutely loved the upper deck screened porch to also play some games we brought from home. The second day we took the boats out and caught lots of fish on the water! It’s a quiet lake which was the perfect size for my kids to navigate on their own. The last day we really enjoyed the fire pit and making s’mores! We had a lovely stay and the kitchen was well stocked and we cooked all meals. The hot tub was a nice bonus for the cooler days (although the tub’s temperature wasn’t hot hot) it was a lot of fun. We highly recommended this property!

Our family had an amazing stay at Lakeberry!! It was so refreshing to be in this beautiful home tucked away in the mountains with a lake view. The kids loved the sweet family of deer that visited daily. We enjoyed peddle boating, canoeing, fishing and hiking, then relaxing in the hot tub and screened in porch in the evenings. Jose and Jennifer were lovely and made sure we had everything ahead of our stay. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was a perfect spot for our family getaway (4 adults and 4 kids). Highly recommend!!

#### Great getaway 

This place is awesome! Everything you need with family, kid friendly. The rafters from the A-frame house is unique. Kitchen has all gadgets you need to prepare your meals. The host has done wonderful to pay attention to the small details, such as plugs for chargers, makeup removal towels. Upper railing might need to be slightly higher to bring up to code, but love the upper enclosure. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! We have stayed in many places and this was one of the best beds I have slept in. Hot tubs was nice, and the deer were plentiful .One morning from upper deck I saw a black bear walking by-so cool. The house is beautiful! Ok the property… couple complaints, one-the pitch of the property its tough, no distinct walking path to the lake, but I am 61 with not so good knees. The water dock, I never got to due to pitch of embankment. Had it been better, I would have used it. My son and his children used the paddle boat and canoe, but mentioned that next doors was so much nicer! Which host owns as well. Cleaner and not so grown up with yuk around it. I would recommend and would stay again!

The house is wonderful; comfortable with many amenities. There are a lot of fun things to do at the property. The owners are very nice and their customer service is truly top notch. This is our second stay at this property and we will be going back.

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful setting on the lake in the middle of the forest. Saw deer all over the place. Very clean and comfortable. Jose and Jennifer very responsive to all our questions most importantly being how to get the direct TV channel with the World Series games!

#### Woodsy Lake Retreat Vibes!

We loved our stay!! Upon entry I noticed how fresh the space smelled. I then perused all the rooms and noticed how SPOTLESS everything was. (I am the type to look in all the corners for spider webs or animal hair - happy to say I was shocked how pristine every space was! A rarity when we travel!) Hosts were amazing and super communicative. Everything was adorable and we loved drinking coffee while listening to birds or reading with the sun streaming in the big windows. My kids particularly loved the digital game board! Would love to come back!

#### Fantastic Getaway

My girlfriend and I were looking for a quick getaway and this was the perfect place. Right on the lake, quiet and relaxing. Lot of area hiking trails for enthusiast. Lakeberry gave our friends and family the opportunity for a short holiday week trip with everything we needed. Lake access with kayaks as well as beach access and a short drive to other attractions. Great trip!
